Power options allow you to turn on any connected Apollo Series stereo in standby mode on the PartyBus-Network remotely from another Apollo Series stereo.

Home Zone 

Home Zone is the physical zone on board your boat in which the stereo is installed. After adjusting audio in another area, the stereo defaults to control of the Home Zone after a period of inactivity.

We Currently offer free shipping on most items over $250, oversized shipping including Mega-Mat & Ulta-Mat is NOT covered under the "over $250 free shipping" and is based on size. Shipping rates up to $19.99 flat rate may apply on all other orders. Overnight shipping is available, but we will need to calculate the charge based on your location and size. Orders not Received: 

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Hennessey Outdoor Electronics is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

Damaged Product Claims:

Each package is checked for their content for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If you receive a damaged package ask the carrier to note the condition at delivery. You must then email us at sales@hoemarine.com for a RMA number. You will then receive an email with the address of where to ship the returned item to. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THIS INCLUDES ANY TYPE OF RETURNED ITEM.

Missing Product Claims:

Each package and contents are checked before shipping for content. If a customer claims that a product has not been received, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. If we determine a product in fact was missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately.

Used Merchandise:

In the event that used items or trade ins are offered we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you experience a problem with your used item please email sales@hoemarine.com to discuss the issue and we will get it taken care of.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
